Today, when all the children awoke in their beds, they would discover a most joyous occasion! There was a carnival in town! A carnival just for them! All the rides and events were all child-safe and kid-friendly. Even the thematic decorations had become kiddified; no worries about nightmares from this little guy, huh? Didn't he look like fun? It was a carnival, so of course there were plenty of totes moddable carnival foods to nom on! Cotton candy, caramel apples, kettle corn, cookies, milkshakes, soda, sundaes, fried dough, funnel cakes...the works!

There was also heartier fare, on the off chance someone got sick just eating candy. Pizza, burgers, and peanut butter and jelly were available, too. Delicious!

...There were also some foods around for the grownups (like vegetables, eeeew!), but who cared about all that stuff?

Guess what! Stacey didn't have diabetes when she was six!

She had pizza in front of her that she was ignoring for the moment because she also had cotton candy, and everybody knew dessert was the best part anyway.

Hanna was here for the funnel cake. It was a special treat for finishing her caramel apple. It was a fruit! Totally healthy.
