Moon Landing Dance, Community Center, Saturday Evening

Notices had gone out to all and sundry, inviting both those who still lived on the island as well as those who'd moved away to come back for a dance at the Fandom Town community center, in celebration of the 43rd (give or take a day) anniversary of the original moon landing, as well as the wonderful summer they were having.

Immediately upon arriving, Jeremy found himself craning his neck so he could look up at the moons hanging from the ceiling. And grinning a bit.

This theme? Definitely right up his alley.

This wasn't Jace's first school dance but the experience was still new enough for him that he was still a little wide eyed about it. Metaphorically wide eyed. From the outside he looked just as bored as ever.

As usual, there are heaps of moddable food, plus a bar (though nothing alcoholic for those under 21). Or you could just mingle, if you're not peckish or thirsty. There's plenty of room.

Sarah was staying near the bar. If you were shocked by this, then you were probably also startled by how she was wearing the only non-uniform dress she currently owned, with a small jacket that was light in material but dark in colour worn over it. And that she was sipping on her drink while watching the crowd with a critical eye.

She liked her habits, what could she say?

Natalie supposed she was one of the people the OCD narrative had meant, and she was fine with that.

Wearing the same dress she'd worn to the Valentine's Dance, she found herself a nice spot closer to the walls so she could observe the proceedings, a drink in her hand.

Peeta had never been to a dance before so he wasn't exactly going to be front and center until he discovered what exactly went down during one. He was wearing some of his nicer clothes (which weren't so nice by normal standards) and was leaning against a wall, sipping his drink.

He wasn't uncomfortable being here, but he was being quiet and people watching.

After having enough cups of water from the bar that he made sure were free of alcohol, Dave needed to use the restroom.

Once his mission objective had been achieved, he washed his hands. Hygiene was important, you guys.
