Alex was a little sad to be back in his normal body. He didn't much mind being a girl and it helped that he was hot and knew it. Waking up in bed with Effy and getting to see her rack while a girl just proved he was a charming mofo, girl or guy

Faramir was in a better mood then he'd been the last couple of day, even if not being a girl had surprisingly little to do with it. He'd received a letter that morning from his brother, which meant that the post office worked. It also meant that he had a few books now which he could read without having to struggle through them, and so Faramir had a promise to keep.

"Good evening," he greeted the boy behind the counter. "I still do not require an idea to purchase alcohol here, do I? Or have your policies changed since last time?"

Vail had not been entirely perfect when it came to consuming alcohol.

"An idea?" Alex repeated, raising an eyebrow. "Well, what kind of idea do you have? If it's a good one, maybe I'll give it to you for free."

Faramir raised an eyebrow back. "What different kinds are there?" he asked. "We do not have such things in my world. I am old enough to drink or ride a horse. It does not need evidence."
