The Beach, Sunday Afternoon

May 30, 2010 14:02

Robin had handwavily put out the call that this was a really good day to go to the beach. With Oz and Leda's help he'd gotten music and food and stuff and was currently making like a dolphin and seeing how high out of the water he could jump.

[It's a party! Open!]

Leda was wearing a one piece bathing suit, and sitting just at the water line, letting the edges of the waves wash over her legs.

Thankfully, Tim spotted the ears in time to not embarrass himself by mistaking Leda for Gwynn.

As it was, he was too close to pretend he hadn't seen her.

"Hi." he said awkwardly.

Leda jumped a bit, then turned to look at Tim. "Hi." she answered. Just as awkwardly.

Tim had heard there might be a gathering at the beach, and headed down to check it out.

Beware, he's armed with a water gun.

Gwynn had heard about the gathering, so of course she showed up.

"Hi there."

Someone was in a really good mood even with the heat.

Tim could help with that.

"Hi yourself." he smiled, the water gun plainly visible in his hand.

Oz had a frisbee. They just weren't as much fun without someone to throw it to.

James dangled his legs in the water.

He was wearing an older pair of breeches, sitting at the edge of the beach, letting the surf rush against him.

"Wheee!"

Splash. Robin popped out of the water where he'd landed, and waved to James.

"Hi!"

James boggled. He wondered if it--He? She?--was related to the small furry creatures near the Elves' homeland.

He waved back. "Hello."

Not unless they were amphibians. Or Muppets. "I'm Robin, I guess we haven't met yet."
