That wasn't Tony's fault at all, by the way. He hadn't done a thing.

"...good god, Steve. Again?"

"DAD!" James yelled, and careened toward Tony for hugs.

"Yes, Tony," Steve said wryly, "because this was my idea."

Always with the hugging. Tony patted him on the head helpfully. "I think it was, actually."

Miles was happy. He'd gotten to teach, dismantled one of Tony's blenders, and Dad had let him watch a bunch of South Park. And now dad was taking him to the park and Uncle Steve was there. Uncle Steve was awesome.

"Hi Uncle Steve!" he said, and launched a flying tackle hug at the man.

"Hi...whoever you are," Steve said after he caught the kid mid-flying tackle. Tony's? Probably.

"Miiiiiiles," Miles said, rolling his eyes. "All your big people forgot us. It's no fair, we remember you."

"I'm terribly sorry, Miles," Steve said. "These things will happen here."

Bobby had finally caught up with Aurore in his dorm room, and had decided to let her run off that excessive sugar-related energy somewhere outside.

"Mister Steeeeeeeeve!" Aurore shrieked excitedly, breaking in to a run towards him. "Hi!"

"Hi!" Steve said to the tiny child. She apparently knew who he was, but she wasn't calling him 'Dad' so, yay for that.

Wow, she was fast, wasn't she?

Fast enough that it took Bobby a few moments to catch up with her, despite his much longer stride. How positively uncanny.

"Uh," Bobby gave an awkward little wave. "Hey. That'd be Aurore. She's... mine. Sort of."

"She's very cute," Steve told him. "You're very cute," he told Aurore, because she was right there, and it seemed rude to just talk over her. Also, she was very cute. "Have you been good for your dad this weekend?"

Tyler hung back to watch the assorted reunions. He'd been dealing with Miles all day; Tony could get in some dad time.

This weekend had been really freaking weird.

"What did he do to my blender?" Oh, like Tony would let him get away with this.

Tyler buried his face in his palms. "Sorry. It was that or let him watch more gross-out cartoons. I think the blender will work again if you replace the blades."

"At least we know he's yours." What with the wanton destruction of expensive things. "Though he looks a lot like James, come to think of it."
