The Beach | Afternoon | Sunday | March 28

For the past five days, the citizens of Fandom had been thoroughly assaulted with mindbending fog and various grotesque creations that could only come from the mind of madman. Today, that was going to be seen as child's play. When the ground started to shake and the ocean started to churn, no one could have expected what emerged from the murky ( Read more... )

Of course, GODZILLA is going to be surrounded by other monsters. This is a place for all people that are not involved in the GODZILLA finale to continue fighting and to gawk at the big giant monster.

Savannah had promised certain people that she would be careful this week after what had happened in the fog with Jen before.

However, that was before she saw what looked like an army of monsters making their way up the beach.

Savannah had a force bolt spell ready as she headed into the fray.

The lizard who turned from watching the Really Big GODZILLA emerge from the ocean didn't know what Savannah had ready. She just looked like a snack, and it always enjoyed snacks during productions like this.

He charged at her, teeth snapping.

Savannah didn't like being charged at by teeth and she fired the force bolt right at its face. As she let the spell go, she stepped to the side as quickly as she could manage and started calling up another spell.

Okay, something a bit like lightning it hoped? to the face was NOT POLITE because now it couldn't see and was just rampaging blindly.

Still toward Savannah, though.

Savannah probably would have gotten out of the way if she hadn't decided to make sure her lightning like, totally bolts had hit the monster in the face.

This would be why she found herself tripping in the sand as it rand into her.

She better move because it was about to trample her in three, two...

Savannah rolled as as the monster went past, she did a kick into its side.

She caught the very back of its leg, which helped it figure out where the food was again.

It turned around and charged again.

"Shit shit shit!"

She had expected the kick to knock it down, not make it charge again.

She scrambled, throwing a handful of sand towards his eyes while she conjured up a knock-back spell.

It hadn't been using its eyes anyway, so the sand wasn't really much of a factor, but the knock-back spell lived up to its name and it sprawled backward.

How annoying!

Savannah was glad to see him sprawl backward as she used those moments to get steadier on her feet.

She quickly ran through her spells and realized that she would have to use two spells in conjunction to take out this monster.

Unfortunately, that meant keeping it from killing her while she worked out the two spells in her mind.

She looked around for anything she could use to fight with and grabbed a branch? the first thing she found.

It didn't have that far to run back, so think fast, Savannah. Teeth and claws incoming!

Savannah swung her branch at his head for all that she was worth... and hopefully then some.

Well, it was a branch and not, say, a sword, so it only pissed it off and made it slightly concussed.

Not that its brain was exactly built for thoughts that weren't "stomp and eat, yay!" to begin with. It slashed out with its claws for Savannah's stomach.

Savannah let out a cry as she felt the slashes against her stomach, and shot a fire ball spell into its face.

She was going to have to hurry up with the binding spell...
