Despite the cool weather, the beach seemed like a nice place to go to today. No classes, nothing else to do...

And when Teddy noticed Haku there, of course he was going to say hi. "Haku! He-" Even if did turn less cheerful halfway through the greeting. "-ey. What's wrong?"

Haku quickly turned away to banish any wetness from his face and turned back to Teddy with a smile. "Hi Teddy," he nodded, avoiding the question.

"Yeah... I'm fine," he smiled weakly and looked down at the ground. "I just got some bad news. How about you though? Doing well?" He asked quickly changing the subject.
