The first thing that might be noticed when students walked into the Town Hall was the towering stone troll statues that had been dragged in to grace the corners of the dance floor. River had decided that investement in another formal dress was an unnecessary expense, so she was just wearing her promdress, and completely skipped the high heels this time. But at least the jewellry was new and her hair was combed, thanks to Parker.

After today's events at the carnival, Lee had almost decided to stay in his room and just brood. But, that'd be boring so he put on the only suit he had and took up residence away from where he thought the crowd would be.
