It is probably something to be suspicious about when you see John Crichton and Cameron Mitchell working together and dragging pillows from the Common Room's couches into the hall. When those pillows then get used to build a fort that gives them a clear view over the staircase, that's even more suspicious. If they then even start to carry around

"We might get detention," John whispers. "That okay with you?"

"Too late to back out now, man. We're here and we're committed," Cameron looks over the pillow to see if anyone's coming.

Yuffie headed down the stairs that took her by the 2nd floor commons room. She seemed to be minding her own buisness.

Spotting the first victim, Cameron nudges John and then takes aim with his super cool mwater gun, squirting poor Yuffie.

John also pops up and proceeds to douse Yuffie with water from his Super Soaker 9000.

Yuffie let out a loud squeal as she was hit with the stream of water. "Ack! What the hell?" She turned in the direction the water had come from, and saw the fort, then marched over and planted her hands on her hips. "What you think you're doing??"

Having absolutely no idea anything's wrong, of course. Vala heads up towards the second floor after getting dinner.

Moving target! Cameron squirts whoever is coming up the stairs next. Then realises who he squirted and ducks down in the fort. "Shit!"

"HEY!" Vala yelps, the water hitting her right in the chest. She reaches reflexively for a gun, as she flings herself back around the corner and against the wall.

She peers carefully around the edge. "Is that you, YoYo!?!"

John, not knowing who's out there, pops up and fires his Super Soaker at the new person.

Nadia climbed the stairs rather slowly. She was exhausted. Taking classes? How had she let her parole officer convince her that was a good thing? Because, shop, well, yeah, that was survival skills. Chemistry and foreign lit, though, those would require thought. Analytical thought. And possibly memorizations, and--she shuddered--formulas.

Well, she hadn't let life on the streets defeat her, and she wasn't going to let life in a school defeat her, either.

She was so wrapped up in her thoughts she completely didn't notice the couch cushions arranged on the second floor. . . .

"Kamikaze!" John shouts and pops up from behind the pillows, firing his Super Soaker towards Nadia. "Water time!"

Nadia startled, threw up her arms in a defensive gesture, and, of course, ended up soaked anyway.

She stared down at her wet clothes.

She stared up at John and the fort. She clenched her fists.

And burst into laughter.

"See, that's the spirit." Cameron chuckles and waves at the new student. "Yo! You're wet."

Blair headed back up to his room after classes, still hanging onto the monkey he had gotten from his secret sibling.

Next target. Cameron for a moment is confused about which head to aim for, then settles for Blair's and shoots water at the poor unsuspecting boy.

Blair splutters when the water hits him and for a moment he looks at the monkey in confusion. Then he notices the pillow fort on the stairs and it's occupants.

"Wh-what's going on?"

"You've just been ambushed by the 2nd floor!" Cameron declares cheerfully.
