After what seemed like a winter that lasted forever, Bod was glad to see the temperatures warming enough that he could spend some time outside. He enjoyed common rooms but they didn't compare with finding a seat on the deck and breathing in the fresh air. To be honest, Jeremy was mostly out and about only because he'd gone through his stuff and found a nice scarf he didn't remember buying, and kind of wanted to wear it, and that was better suited for being outside than staying cooped up in his tiny room.

But the fact remained that he was out, no matter how inane the reason. He was about to ignore the deck until he saw someone he recognized and took a detour. "Hey, Bod! How's things?"

Bod took his eyes off his book and smiled when he spotted Jeremy. "Hullo there, Jeremy. Things are fine, I suppose. I'm adjusting to going back to classes and the chillier weather. How are you?"

"I am maximum," Jeremy informed him as he flopped into a chair with the ease of someone who generally had very few cares in he world. "A little bummed not to be in Hawaii anymore, but I figure I can go back if I want, so it's all good."

"I'm actually surprised you haven't been there before," Bod said, assuming that by the way Jeremy spoke about the past vacation. "Did you manage to return from Hawaii without a sunburn?"
