She was teasing, of course, though there was an undercurrent of concern in Tim was listening.

"You guide, I'll walk?" Emmett offered, flicking one of the scarves through his lightly-closed fingers, then reaching up to tie it over his eyes.

He really hadn't memorized the map, beyond remembering what the obstacles were.

Raven was there, dressed once more in her normal clothing. She'd kept the thigh-high boots though, and tucked them in her closet. Shhh.

Karla was on the slightly impatient side today. Her portal was scheduled to leave around the usual time that the Reserves ended, so she could head back to Gotham and help rescue their friends. Which was all well and good, except Karla had never been particularly good at waiting.

Don't all kids play a version of that game? I thought it was a mandatory part of growing up.
