See about each other's strengths and each other's weaknesses. Discuss it afterwards. See what you can learn."

"Also, I'd like to have your ideas about a potential invasion drill we might be running. Obviously, if we do stage such a drill, it won't be exactly as discussed here, but you are all welcome to bring your own notes and such to the table. Thank you."
