Arthur was here - not in the thick of things, or really that close to the group itself, but leaning against a tree just off the perimeter to keep an eye on things.
Did you really want to partner up with the girl who was 100% sure she was smarter and better than you and had all of that written on her face? Except not literally, because permanent marker was a pain to wash of.
That was, in fact, the one that Liir went right for. After all, Liir was usually convinced people were smarter and better than him at this kind of thing. Of course, he'd tell her to stuff herself if she tried that in a kitchen, but that wasn't really likely.
"Er, hello? Do you think we might..." he waved a hand awkwardly.

Arthur didn't have any questions. He did, however, have a sort of swaggering, approaching-on-Merlin kind of walk when he came up on him. "Well, this should be interesting."
