After the picnic started to wind down, Priestly set about exploring the dorm building. He'd located his new room, put his stuff away, and scoped out the room numbering for the two ladies expecting visits, and was now following his nose to the fourth floor common room.
He smiled when he spotted one of the girls from the shuttle. "Hey. Smells good."
"Jambalaya," Sookie answered, smiling over at the new girl. "And berry cobbler. Sorry, I got kinda homesick and cooked to compensate. You can help yourself, though."
Seregil had given the picnic a pass, but had ventured out of his room and the smell of food had lured him into the common room a floor down. "Hello," he said, smiling at the new faces.
