Demolition and Dynamite; Friday, Third Period [ 10/08 ].

Oct 08, 2010 08:59

"All right." Kūkaku started right into class today, not wanting to waste any time getting to the good stuff. "So,you've learned about making and using several different explosives so far, and, today, we're gonna learn how to take them apart and dismantle them before they blow things up."

And things start to get interesting... )

There isn't much of one today, but you can start visualizing how you're going to stop the bombs.

Oh, Bruce was visualizing just that. And if he couldn't disarm them, what lengths he would go to if he needed to minimize the damage.

What Kūkaku means by 'being a wuss' is 'wanting to keep your clothes cleans,' which is not going to happen if you screw up without one of the jackets.

Each of the bombs is set to explode with red paint if the person dismantling it fails to do so correctly or in the right amount of time. There is a variety of different bombs to choose from, and there will be three rounds, each for a different time frame.

And if Kūkaku thinks you're just messing around, or if she just wants to up your nerves a bit more, she's got paintballs ready to fly. She's a big supporter of working under pressure.

Round One: Fifteen Minutes! - D&D, 10/08. boobs_and_bombs October 8 2010, 14:05:16 UTC
Fifteen is more than enough time to actually get the chance to think about the bomb and really work toward seeing how it might be dismantled.

After grabbing a lab coat, Bruce took some time to investigate this bomb in case it might give some clues to how the other bombs were put together. He didn't expect it would help much, but any little bit would help.

After that investigation, he zeroed in on the solution and went for a quick and decisive dismantling.

Not as much time in round two, but enough that you might not have to really panic.

Unless it's important, Kūkaku is likely to shoot paint at your butt if you do, though.

It won't work talking to her to distract her from shooting your friends; that's what the Twin are for.
