Students might have noticed that, instead of that stuffy old classroom, their History class was being held in the Danger Shop today, where there was a table with a selection of peanuts, Cracker Jack, and soft drinks for the students to help themselves to at their leisure. Buffy was actually paying attention in class today. She wasn't hearing a word that was said, but she was paying attention. She might've still been stuck on the weekend, and listening for lisps. Just in case.

After the lecture, Algren nodded toward Buffy, a small frown on his lips.

He was decidedly lisp-free.
