Well, the Icelandic people vacated the house one day before we thought, so here I am with a connection. Yay!

As promised, miss_kao, here's your cheer-up fic - not much to cheer you up about anymore, so let's call it a welcome gift. I wrote in French for you, which shows how much I love ya, girl. It's quite short, but hopefully you'll like it.

In the immortal words of Buffy, as for speaking French, "je suck" but I can still read it, and that was formidable, ma chère! Mieux partie: "un baiser comme un ruban de soie qui lui glissait sur les lèvres." Absoluement belle. Beaux? Ah, désèspoir! Comme j'ai dit, je suck.

You don't suck; French is incredibly hard. I'm quite thankful it's English I had to learn, much easier.

That said, thankee! It's not much, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. First time I write those two, though - funny how some pairings you adore to see, but you never find it in you to write them. Merci beaucoup pour ce feedback!
