Summary: There are times when silence has the loudest voice.
Disclaimer: they're entirely and completely RTD's, and the Beeb's. Although I wouldn't mind getting custody of them, say, every other weekend?
( There is no light in Jack's office. His feet lead him there all the same, and he leans his forehead against the glass pane, eyes closed, hands in his pockets. )

This is gorgeous. I love the way you write Ianto's reactions to Jack, the push and pull of their relationship, the casualness and the caring. Marvellous writing, and a most enjoyable read. :)

I liked this. The emotional pain and the physical relief between them nicely counterpoint each other.

Heh. Well much as I adore RTD, I'm not sure he'll ever go as far as to give us smut on screen. Not in TW, mind. So fanfic it must be. I'm glad you enjoyed it, thanks for letting me know!

Oooohhh, loved this :) Got both their voices spot on, as well as the slight f**ked-upness of the whole relationship. Theirs isn't particularly straightforward, but it is needed at times. And loved how it was Ianto who took the lead, again. Poor Jack needed a bit of human contact after that whole episode. Great stuff - bravo!

And yes, just seconding the translation of suspenders to braces, because the former does leave one with a very interesting mental image! ;)

*facepalms* Yes, I changed those to braces. I'm now completely picturing Jack in British suspenders. Anyway! Thank you. I'm glad you think I got their voices right, I was quite worried about that, and yes, I have a thing for fucked-upness, so I'm unlikely to ever make it any less so than it ought to be.
