Duplicate the base on Screen 100%. Unless your image is very bright already.
Flatten it, and put a [000024] exclusion layer on 100%
Flatten again.
Go to Image>Adjustments>Variations:
Click ORIGINAL.
Click LIGHTER.
Click MORE RED.
Go to Shadows, click MORE MAGENTA.
Go to Highlights, click MORE MAGENTA.
Go to Midtones, click MORE YELLOW.
Go to Shadows, click MORE CYAN twice.
Go to Highlights, click MORE CYAN.
Go to Midtones, click MORE RED.
Click DARKER.
Go to Saturation, click on LESS SATURATION.
Go to Midtones, click on MORE RED.
MORE YELLOW.
MORE CYAN.
MORE BLUE.
Click DARKER.
Click OK.

Make a new fill layer- [FFFBE6] Colorburn 100%.
Make a new fill layer- [E6E6FF] Multiply 100%.

Duplicate base on Screen 100%.
Go to Image>Adjustments>Variations:
Make sure to be on Midtones.
Click ORIGINAL.
Click MORE RED twice.
Click MORE CYAN once.
Click DARKER.
Go to Saturation; click LESS SATURATION.
Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation.
Go to 'YELLOWS' and make the saturation -50.
Go to 'GREENS' and make the saturation +50.
Go to 'REDS' and make the saturation +24

New fill [E6E6FF] Colorburn 100%
New fill [FFFEF7] Darken 100%
Flatten.

Go to Image>Adjustments>Variations:
Make sure to be on Midtones.
Click ORIGINAL.
Click MORE CYAN twice.
Go to Hue/Saturation.
Raise the saturation for REDS on +25.
Lower the saturation for YELLOWS on -40.

& you're done.
