There's probably a reason why I'm not making much sense right now, and that reason is probably that I'm still howling with laughter over here. So y'all get a review!

I think if I hadn't read a summary beforehand, I would've spent half the movie going, "wait, what?" and the other half all, "OMG WTF???!!!" As it was, I still spent about a third of the movie screaming at the screen. It could not be crackier or beyond the impossiblier.

That was pretty much it, yeah. And the moment when Conan gets thrown out the ship! the whole 'it's a UFO' thing! Kaito just... hitting on Ran totally randomly! Agasa's riddle! the whole 'case within a case within a case'! the way Conan just... overbalances the ship at the end! I mean, what? D: and the goat, the goat (was it even a goat? it looked like a goat.)

... it also reminded me that I love Nakamouri, though.

A demonic goat was my middle school mascot. Goats make me happy.

It reminded me why I love the Magic Kaito characters in general. A lot of the fics I read just for some reason don't seem quite right, and this movie was pretty much, "These are the characters of Magic Kaito. This is how they act. Deal with it." I dunno, I guess it was just happy and cracky in a way that most fics, and most of Detective Conan really, isn't. Possibly the only thing that could've made it more Magic Kaito-y would be Kaito flipping Ran's skirt.

Woah. I just realized something. Did anyone actually die in this movie, or am I forgetting something?

It made me want to write MK fic! nothing has made me want to write MK fic to that level in months!

You know what, I don't think anyone did. o.O that's a premiere. Unless those two cats broke their necks when they fell down, in which case... uh... Conan is a murderer.
