2. i like your hair better without the dreads. just a bit of honest superficial opinion, without commentary on the reasons you like the dreads :)

Mike is our roommate. He & I used to hang out all the time, he was a groomsman in our wedding, and I feel like I hardly know him now. :(

And yeah, my hair might look prettier w/out the dreads, but since we are attempting to brave the summer without a/c, I'd rather braid it than cut it to keep cool. I love my length! I also like comfort. :)

a little suggestion -- don't overdo the fans. they are useless in rooms without people, because their cooling power relies strictly on evaporating the sweat off your skin.

also, a good box fan can be had for 10-15 dollars. buy one or two and have them available and pointing towards you!

Yeah, its not too bad right now. The weeks before our wedding were unbearably hot, but its very comfortably right now. We have a nice big fan to use when its worse, but for now ceiling fans have been doing nicely.
