i agree with this, there is definitely a double standard in the average humans mind of where they set the boundries of opinion. i mean, i've always said this, and whenever i bring something like this up, i get totally put down. It comes down to is change. people don't want change, and the ones who do are always suppressed by the people who are out for ony themselves and ones who can't deal with other peoples ways of life. basiclly, it all comes down to plain old selfishness

Yes, excellent point, humans are selfish, that's why some of us have and some of us have not.

Politicians want money, oil makes money. Feeding the hungry costs money. Propaganda that supports their mean of obatining money is worth it, talking about death in Russia and hunger and disease in Africa is bad for their image. It's all politics and keeping people ignorant. Some of us look past it and see the world for what it really is, but that's a small percent. There's just a big dollar sign blocking our view from the end of the street.
