god fucking damn everything. everything.

my feet are cold and my head is sad and my lip has a hole where I bite it too much. the things that make me happy are the same things that make me sad. I've figured myself out over the years but turns out the knowledge does nothing to help. I do it all in extremes. he'll forget about the promises he made and I will, too
