Sometimes I just need to scream so here is my virtual scream. :) I am SO beyond frustrated today with so many things in my life. I'm sad, angry, frustrated, hurt, confused.... I just want to scream it all out, but i'm stuck in my cubicle at work and can't so it's all just building up inside me. I thought this may help, but it's not.... oh well

ever had thoughts of really wanting to hurt someone? like, wanting to just walk up to them and punch them and hurt them badly because they hurt you emotionally? or is it just me?

Well, things are getting better. The situation is getting resolved although it will take a lot of time for things to fully be ok and everyone involved to heal. My heart is still hurting and I wouldn't say it's "broken", but definitely wounded. God can heal me though if I let Him and stop trying to do it myself.
