Due to having barely come around, I blearily thought "Transylvania's Chosen" was Dead's postmortem honorific ... seemed entirely appropriate though.

Well, if by "postmortem honorific" you mean "a nickname, title or identifier added to someone's extant list of designators by a person who admired them", then you could arguably call it that. It was just... something that came to my mind at four in the morning and seemed to fit so well that I decided to leave it in. *s*
