It's funny to think that way back in the first season, before the scene in Tabula Rasa when Charlie and Claire first met, I was actually rooting for a Charlie/Kate relationship and now I wouldn't have Charlie or Claire with anybody else *nostalgic* although I do like the Charlie+Kate friendship, I think they do have a strong connection there and I'd like to see them get some more interaction on the show again. Maybe when kate and Saywer get back from the Others perchance? *ponders this*
