Honestly, hearing your kid is hungry and eating decorative tortilla strips is like a knife in the parental gut. (I'm not even going to pull out the 'it's good for your character' card.) Parental gut feelings are what drove me to make you pancakes at 2 in the morning when you were a toddler -- if you woke up and you were hungry, I got the griddle humming!

Geez. Really. If you need money, come home and get it. I'm going to go cry now...
