For those of you who haven't already noticed, the Ravelry name has gone from SilentSorrow1 to FairyofYarn. This change is going to occur on most of my screen names. I outgrew the old poetic alliteration from college. It's time I make an sn that fits me more. So ta da! Question? Comments?

So I finally got the rss feed figured out so my blogs might actually show on Ravelry! (computer nerd friends to the rescue). I finished weaving in all the ends on the squares for my blue/yellow baby blanket last night. Well yesterday was a blast! jedimeg16 took me to a fiber shop and I got to splurge. I got my first bit of real wool yarn. I posted the new yarn up on ravelry last night and this morning. I also got a gorgeous birch crochet hook and some beautiful rosewood sock needles.  To top it off I just hit 23 squares of 30 on the baby blanket i'm working on. ( Read more... )

Well, it looks like I have my Ravelry all set up for the most part. It says that it's connection with Photobucket is down so I can't upload the rest of my photos, but I have the finished and listed at least.
