I made oven roasted rosemary cumin vegetables. I went for whats in season and local like sweet potatos, zucchini, and butternut squash.
Next was the Quinoa tabbuleh. It was a little moist because I was paranoid I'd burn it but is still yum! It was dressed with tons of spices, red onion, tomato, and herbs.
Last, a new experiment. Massaged Kale salad
