Mine
Beckett/Mercer, property
To say it was hard to find good help was incorrect - one merely needed to look in the proper place, and those in line for execution was a good place to start. And it was in prison bars he found a man convicted of the murder of a man of nobility with no motive to be seen - surely a man for hire, though no one had come to set him free from these constraining bars, and he seemed to stay mum on his client. He needed such a man - one who could be discrete in all natures of business - in the field and in the bedroom.
Here, Hair
Swann/Chevalle, my wig, your wig, oh I'm tired now...
The hardest part of every parting is not the goodbyes but the figuring out of which wig is which. The mess of hair looks all the same once it's been thrown on the floor and a defeated Weatherby takes the first one he gets his hands on and scurries off to his wife's room before she awakes - he is thankful that she has taken to France for her desired vacation spot. After a quaint breakfast with his wife in bed she compliments him on the honey coloured wig which only makes him smile, knowing that it means that his beloved Frenchman will be returning to him soon to retrieve it.
Hollow Walls
Beckett/Elizabeth, murder
She is the last, the last of the remaining Brethren Court and the last threat to his regime. He steals the last kiss from her as he pushes her against a cold, damp wall, knowing that it is the ultimate torture. She exhales her last breath shortly before a hard drop with a quick stop and the only scene that is replayed in her mind is a kiss so cruel and merciless that she welcomes the darkness.
Markings
Beckett/James/Groves, toys
Kisses lavishly adorn his body from soft lips that are eager to please, nipping gently at pale, unmarked skin, that which truly sets them apart. Theirs shows their trials and failure of the apprehension of one Jack Sparrow and it is with his silky fingers that he torments them, tracing the scratches and cuts that will never go away, much like the mark he has placed on his bird. It is only their cries that distracts him from memories of a time when only one body would suffice, when only one body could sustain a fragmented soul.
Creature
Beckett/Mercer, Cockroach
The scurrying about of the vile creature is unnoticed until a chair is turned over in surprise, earning a weary look. A black boot crushes the pitiful thing, that which doesn't deserve to live in this world and should be swiftly exterminated. A huff escapes as a dark brown ponytail is redone and he knows that he will be mercilessly tormented in bed for his bout of fright, but finds solace that it is only in that domain that Beckett exposes his flaws - and it is only in this fashion he has mercy.
Man for the job
Mercer/Jack, Interview
Jack's velvety tongue failed to get him out of trouble this time and an armada of ships is no match for words. Upon being thrown in the brig he is approached by a man with a proposition for him from his dear Lord and he takes it, for it's the only chance he has without having a one on one chat with the finest ropes in London. The interview is conducted most unorthodoxly and when given the initial job description that there would be some matter of 'oral dictation' he never imagined this.
All the riches
Elizabeth/James, Silver and Gold
All the riches in the world would not make Elizabeth come back to him, for she vies for another man, one who has nothing but the clothes on his back and foolhardy thoughts. At night his heart of gold is comforted by the soft caress by a man who has the world in his palm and whom has attained the luxuries from the world over. But he too seeks someone that sees little value in the material, but rather immaterial.
Characterization
Beckett/James, Ribbon
Prim and proper, such is how he had shaped his lover to be, but when the doors are closed and there are no watchful eyes he loosens the ribbon and allows him to be that scruffy vagabond he entered his office as. James obliges his Lord as he can, but he cannot help but wonder what attraction he sees in something he cannot tame. Such is a thought that has tormented Beckett every night from the moment he let his little bird fly away from him.
T'was the night before Christmas...
Anamaria/Calypso, Sugarplum
Upon Christmas Eve all over the world men dreamt of the attainment of things of material value her mind was set on the legends of lore of a woman, a goddess who was said to be untameable byany man. And yet, she wondered if she would fair better, her own hazel skin to one the colour of the hardest wood known to mankind. As she heads out on deck and leans out to watch the waves she can hear the sea whisper her name.
Devil on earth
Beckett/Barbossa, cursed
With only a single look that commands the dominance of all the seas he find even himself willing to cede to such a man, the devil on earth who has eyes for only man, a meek little sparrow when he should be looking at a grander prize. He is more then willing to hand over the flighty man in hopes he meets his end and reckons that if everything should turn foul on the battlefield that he would willingly take his captivity. But like everything else in his life the glint of something worth having turns to ash.
Maelstrom
Cutler/Author's choice, "Cripple"
Even a heathen goddess could not prevent him from his victory, not when he held the heart of the only thing that meant anything in this world to her. It was his control of the sea that drowned every man that would cede to him, would not bow down to him - even the one man he swore he would never cripple.
But his bird would never fly again.
Shackles
Beckett/Gov and/or Chevalle, the manlove was anything BUT courtly.
Beckett comes to him in the dead of night in his lonely prison cell and roughly pushes him against the wall and pins him with a kiss, and his senses are so overloaded that he can't help but reciprocate, the younger man's hands probe and slither across every facet of a body that was well loved, even now, and he tries his best to imagine a different man doing these acts as less then discrete noises leave his lips. It is only as the sun begins to rise that the sensual torture stops and he is pushed to the ground.
"Apparently, Frenchmen are better even in prison." He smirks smugly and leaves, leaving the Governor with his head buried in shame as he awaits his meeting with the finest ropes in London.
Blue
Beckett/Chevalle, blue eyes
"Capitaine, on your knees." One night gains him just that - one more day before he is to meet the noose, but he decides it worth it when he escapes the noose with the aid of an old friend. But at night his blue eyes glance at the sea, and he remembers that the man had the same colour, and he reckons that as long as he sails the sea he will be haunted by their gaze.
Stepping Stones
Teenage Beckett/In their prime!Weatherby and/or Chevalle.
Unlike most of the men - if they could be called that, at his age decide that the Navy is the best to way to get a head and attain wealth and glory, but he knows better. It is through bureaucracy that that the true tacticians play their games and it is with this in mind he takes on the job of secretary at the office of a Governor. And with no regrets does he get on his knees one day and laces his finger inside the breeches of a man - a good man, but still one that does not protest his advances, and with every carnivrous suck he knows that he is one step closer to attaining his dominance over land and sea, and that the next time they meet it will be the Governor on his knees.
Bullseye
Teague/whatever pirate lords, How to avoid being shot at.
As she waits to be reunited with her dearly beloved she bides her time at Shipwreck Cove, in the arms of the closest thing she has to her dear sparrow, shot in cold blood by a man who would rather see him dead then in the embrace of anyone else. And that is his last act on the world, to bring his lover to hell with him. Every night she asks her lover how he managed to get hit, and every time he shakes his head, but he knows the answer - he had his eyes on the only thing he was willing to die for.
Blackmail
Gov/Chev/Beckett/Elizabeth go shopping! Before Beckett became a wealthy Lord. Gov has the money.
It is not through goodwill he is invited on all of these little shopping outings, but rather his curious eyes stumbled upon the Governor in a compromising position with someone who was most certainly not his wife, for even she didn't wear that much make-up. Every luxury is bought for him and he find there to be some irony that he asks more then his daughter. But it is during this time he set his sights and even she is unwilling to break her poor mother's heart when he divulges what he knows - and it is with the Governor's illicit affair that he purchases her innocence.
A woman's touch
Anamaria/Elizabeth, stolen kiss
A man's touch made her insecure while a woman's lit her soul ablaze. A man's touch made her feel like she was getting closer and closer to a time when she would need to stand alone while a woman's touch made her certain there would always be some there for her. It was in dark cocoa skin rather then one that was tanned that she could find comfort from the dark and wicked world.
