I actually feel terrible for cheering the shooting of the Stetson back at the beginning of the season because it's CRAIG'S!!! I don't know what it is about him, but I love everything about Craig that he chooses to be.
Anyway, yes to everything in your review except the highlighted bit because I'm a wimpy little wimpface who can't handle spoilers, even minor ones.
I think this is my favorite episode this season! I have so much love for Craig and Craig/Doctor term. Stormaggedon was great! At first I thought the joke would fall flat but it really played out well

I saw a theory on Tumblr that said that the Silence can only make you forget that you've seen them if you have both eyes looking at them. It doesn't work with one eye, hence, Eyepatch Lady covering one eye since she's working with them and needs to remember them. The others may discover the secret and adopt the technique.
