I am thinking perhaps Allison Mack! She is self-possessed and awesome, although I confess that she came to mind first because she can pull off the sort of outfits you sometimes picspam with.

I do not know famous people (okay that's a lie, I read ONTD frequently, but that's so the wrong kind of famous people) so I ended up doing google image searches for phrases and things until I found pictures that applied for this meme. :D

I also discovered that I find it hard to not picture the person I'm choosing for. Another reason why the phrase thing was a good idea.
