Usually I'm not a fan of people misusing O, Fortuna, but this was too funny to pass up.

Today started off with two euthanasias, one of which was unexpected. Yesterday, we had three in a row. All day today, there were people waiting in the lobby and the rooms were nearly constantly filled. I knew it was time to sleep when I looked down at the pasta strainer in the drying rack and thought to myself, "Hm, that would make a good hat."
