How do you have an open heart for every creature that walks in the door, whether it's a sweet little kitten, a sick dog, or an angry soccer mom? Here's a few stories about a wolf, a hectic few days of work, and gay kitten incest.

One of the things you are very good at is being you. I think that if you remember to do that, and take some time outside work to focus on being you and the things that are important to you, it'll go a long way.
