Feeling very good, like I'm getting the steps right- except if you were to ask me how, I wouldn't be able to tell. Is this the way of acceptance? It's very slippery... but I guess this is the point of mindfulness.

In the whirl of all that is happening, I exert herculean effort into remaining effortless. Nothing must touch me, otherwise I will crash hard. Nothing is happening to me; it is merely happening.
