She's so adorable, but so incredibly annoying. She's been meowing every single morning at 5AM. I'm about really to box the little sweetheart on the nose...not really, but good lord, my patience is running out. ;_; She's not in heat, I think she's just stressed out. We're taking her to the vet on Tuesday, then she is OURS.

I'm going to ask you a couple questions. Please do not take them as snarky: I'm happy you asked me. It shows that you have a good measure of respect and good intentions. But I'm always weary when I find out someone wants to write about a culture that is not their own, especially one that is systemically oppressed and so very diverse and complex as Indigenous cultures are (Practices vary from band to band, not just tribe to tribe ( ... )

Oh, and just to make it clear: you do NOT have to answer any of these to me. Just think about them and if you need, you can ask me questions on my questions or type out your answers if you feel the need.
But to clarify: though I am well learned in many Indigenous issues, cultures and histories, I am not, by any means, the be all and end all of authority. I'm not even a somewhat-expert. Nope, not at all. But I'm sure you know this!
