I need to visit you more often. You are less known than facebook but so much more worthwhile to read and post in. I need to waste time reading people's posts here versus facebook, and then find meaningful comments to share other than just "liking" something. I miss you, too! And, for that matter, most everyone else, too! I've not really been out and about in ages, and that has greatly contributed to my feelings of isolation.

Curiously and dumbly, I read the above to say you needed to visit the gym more so I read to see what you wanted to pursue there. So not only are rants acceptable here, so too would inspiring them with inane banter, it would seem.
