There's something in the first verse which reminds me of some other poem, but I have no idea why. It's just the way the cadences fall I guess, but I don't knwo what the poem it reminds me of is. :)
This poem makes me cry because I identify too much.
Most people, I think, don't take the time to part the mists and that hurts.
I know the solution, to some extent, is to not be misty. Yet it's hard, sometimes...I am so overwhelmed, I just don't let the warmth show at all, I just don't have any emotional energy left to let warmth show.
I'm glad you revisted this poem. Reading it meant a lot to me.
