I am glad that you helped me out on this--there are many people here that don't respect that other English speaking nations are different too. That irritates me quite a bit--so I want to show them this and go LOOK! It is! Quite clearly it is! Though there are similarities, there are quite a few differences too.

I think you hit on it perfectly, my friend. For some reason, they don't always understand each other and it can be nasty. But! I am glad that doesn't apply to you or myself. ^_^ Thanks for your help, really!

Wow!!!! Yay! Thank you for your help--I didn't expect any more answers to this, so this definitely helped me quite a bit. :D I truly appreciate it.

Reading about how your schooling works is very interesting. again, its interesting for me to see that it's not dramatically different than how I go to school. You are from Malaysia, yes? Or at least your profile says so.
