14 lbs lost so far. Woot. I lost a total of 15 lbs after Reagan was born, in the whole month afterwards. So, I'm happy I've lost 14 in just 3 days! I don't think I'll lose much more, but at least I didn't have to wait long ( Read more... )

I keep getting nervous about how I'm going to be able to handle a newborn and a toddler and all that goes with it. Then I think about her tiny little toes and newborn smell and toothless gums with no saliva at first, and I get really excited again. I can't even wait to breastfeed again, and see how Reagan interacts with her. I'm excited to watch ( Read more... )

Everyone, please will me to go into labor over the weekend (early early Saturday morning would be ideal). I had a lovely dream last night. I gave birth, but the birth part of the dream was very brief and I don't remember anything about it. Most of the dream just revolved around normal day-to-day activities with Chloe like breastfeeding, swaddling, rocking, all that good stuff. It was just nice. John stayed home today to help out with some serious projects around the house. It feels SO good to have that stuff out of the way! He took the desk that was in our room to his sister, as well as the sofa table. One of the BIG things that gone done was also the downstairs entryway closet.
