I watched an episode from the last week which I taped (yes, I'm a nerd, I don't want to miss my shows when I'm away), and there was a bit in there where Frasier's producer (and long time friend, and someone he slept with in the past) hates his current gf, and she's talking to him and says (I'm paraphrasing here):
Ros: I've been there before.. where a guy gets a new girlfriend, and suddenly the old friends get thrown out because the new girl doesn't like them or feel comfortable with them. Frasier: If any woman ever told me that I had to stop seeing my friends, then she is not the woman for me.

I love Frasier actually. I agree with that. I'm lucky enough to know that the boy would never ask me to drop my friends, and has told me he would never ask me to do that but I have to accept that he's not always going to like my friends. I accept that he's going to get jealous about Jase, because we do have a strong history. I accept that and he accepts that I will never walk away from my friends. It is like my friends telling me to choose between them and the man I love. They shouldn't because I won't.
