First off, I do think that you would be able to Ace all of these classes if you kept them all. The proviso to that is that you would have no free time whatsoever, and might have to skip some events to have enough time to do all of your work. This might be feasible if you got sufficient outside support to be able to forgo these events, but of course that cannot be counted on.
That being said...
If you must drop one of the classes, I agree that it should be Draping. The other three teachers sound like they'd be more flexible about the work they'd accept. This does not mean they would be easier, but they might cut you some breaks the Draping teacher would not.
I will do as I promised and give you all the help I can this term; however, I also acknowledge that I'm not as reliable as might be necessary in the high-pressure environment of the 4-class term. If you can get away with only 3 classes and still maintain your full-time status, it might be best; however, I leave the final decision where it belongs, namely, with you.
Seeing as how we just found out that she has a cracked tooth that will require over 1 kilobuck to repair, I'd say "added stress" just about covers it...
Do all of these classes run every term/semester? (When I was at Uni, some classes only ran once per year, so if they were prerequisites for other modules I wanted to take, I had to take some of them at set points)
Assuming you can do the Draping class later on without it causing scheduling issues later, and that doing three classes won't affect any funding/mean you'll have to register and pay fees for an extra year, or anything else dire, if you're going to drop one, I'd drop that one too :-)
However, it is worth noting that some classes may well cause serious stress spikes regardless of when you take them - and unless you can do Draping as a Summer class (i.e., do the one class during a "fourth term"), chances are, you will be doing it at the same time as other classes with heavy workloads. If you don't take it now, do you know when you will take it? And do you know what else you'll probably be doing at the same time?
I wasn't sure if your college ran three terms, with the option of doing extra classes during the summer holiday (so you'd do a minimum of 3 terms with four classes as a full-time student, but could do extra ones in the summer, with no minimum) - coz if so, that'd be a good time to do the draping, with maybe only one or two classes! It's a shame it doesn't work like that :-/

4 -6 classes is full time
my financial aid will not cover 6, and may not cover 5 in any case.
outside events include Darkover, Philcon, mom's show, and any xmas season shows..

Remember that you now have a furry new family member and that will add to your activity level (and possibly stress level).
