I could completely understand them saying no to a service dog for any non-visible disabilities - as long as after being shown the paperwork they say "oh, ok." and let you through. What the hell makes them think that is remotely ok?

dog had her vest on. mom tried to show the guard the pa Id card...
thats all the paperwork ANYONE needs... but three layers of phone call all said "no"

it shouldnt have needed me to go get the dean
