indeed.
One of the things i often am sorriest about, is that so many of the people i have met in the last few years, would have gotten along so well with Ro....its such a pity so many people never got a chance to meet her in person.
she made a point of learning enough about her friends religions to be able to offer at least a few words of comfort "in the way of" each.

"Blessed be..... be blessed..... blessings upon you..... whatever! have some soup!"

Rosary Army came into my life when my world seemed to be falling apart and I was on the verge of losing my faith. The Rosary Army helped me recover my faith and become a better Catholic. Today I am president of my parish's praesidium (i.e., local chapter)of The Legion of Mary, another great Catholic apostolate with the Rosary at its heart.

indeed... The Legion of Mary is not so easy to find around here, but i JUST got in touch with the K of C about making them Rosaries.

ps. this icon was taken at the National Cathedral, by a rosary army member. the other mary icon i have is "OL untyer of knots" who was adopted as the unofficial knotted Rosary Makers sponsor

I ran across this link on a Making Light thread a few days ago and thought of you: http://www.paternoster-row.medievalscotland.org/

It's primarily a history of rosaries, with a bibliography.
