Hey, seriously... ENJOY that AC, on behalf of those who don't have any!

(Could be worse... we at least have high ceilings, so the air does circulate... just not very much, LOL.)

given my medical history... i would pretty much be living in a tub of water.
when wayne hadnt put in the old AC after i went down for heat exhaustion number five in three weeks..... i pretty much was sitting in a cold bathtub.

the only other thing i can do is go out and hang out in a place that has AC like a mall, or a restaurant.

sadly the days when i could live without AC in this city are long past.

hugs
drink plenty of water and keep after your salt balance.......

No fussing. Health is MUCH more important, and those of us who cannot regulate their body temperatures well need to be more vigilant about taking care of themselves.

Case in point: those of us who DON'T SWEAT so we don't realize we're getting too warm need to watch it or end up pretty sick.

nods
even at my best i wasnt .. a "reliable" sweat er that is, even in very high temps i didnt sweat a lot, which i mistakenly (hah) thought was a good sign... what it actually meant was my body didnt dump heat well at all......

i feel bad about not getting stuff done, BUT...... sigh. learned the hard way...in high heat i will get myself very sick very fast. its not worth it.

I sweat only on my low back, a small area about a 4" triangle. So yeah, I totally get the whole heat stress thing. And I don't realize I'm hot till I'm about falling over (and until I got put on all the antihistimines, I didn't get thirsty, either).

All hail broken bodies...

I hear you about the heat... I'm another one who just doesn't sweat. I pretty much moved from air-conditioned office to air-conditioned car to air-conditioned house today. I seem to have overdone it with yardwork this weekend, too. Stay cool!

Foaming pipe snake.

Then foaming snake again the next day.

Then do it two or three days after that.

Better living through chemistry.

Worse comes to worse you can bring the cleaned fleeces to Lakewood and I'll s/l/a/v/e/ work on putting them through the drum carder for you.

Wish I lived closer so I can come over and help you. I am pretty good at simple cleaning / pipe de-gunking.

Please keep cool. I don't want another wonderfull person going down with the heat.
The other person is my hubby who can't handle high heat and high humidity - which means he is very unhappy right now.
