Yes, well, I remember you when you were around that weight. The Army was always good for keeping the weight down for some reason. ;-)

really? when you were a toddler? (grin)

shug, i dont actually look much older than the picture. seriously.. but i HATE the way photos make the jawline pudge more noticeable than it really is... also i almost always blink or get caught with a weird expression.. also for some reason most of the time a flash makes my skin look blotchy red. people tell me that it isnt that blotchy in person, so it isnt a "just me" sort of thing for that...

Yanno, I think The FabricDragon as she is, is an attractive woman who should just get someone to take a damned picture of her in her natural habitat, and give her a pretty new icon.

Ain't no one our age who looks a bit like they did as a young woman. I sure don't, and apart from being heavier than I wish to be, the only problem that I have with pictures is that I look like a raving loon when I know I'm being photographed. Heck, I look like a raving loon even when I don't know I'm being photographed, but it's different somehow. ;)

And I mean it. You're really a beautiful woman and there is no need to not have a picture of you as you are.

so i grabbed some loose fabric and wrapped artistically, got out my dangliest earrings and my heaviest make up, and went to the formal dinner in a floor length wrapped peace of fabric.
i got complimented several times on my dress, asked where i got it, etc.
the lady standing next to me (whose shoulder you can just see in the icon) was the catering liason lady. who refused to believe that this was just a wrapped fabric until i went into the bathroom and unwrapped it...
it probably looked better on me than the dress i had planned to wear.

That's called draping m'dear. And some designers get really big bucks for doing it... And if the rest of the dress is half as spiffy as what's seen in the icon? Then you should use the pictures to create a design pattern for it...
