Urban Decay Primer Potion?

I recently bought some UDPP from Ulta, but I am not satisfied with it at all. Maybe I'm just not doing something right? I have a cream eyeshadow that has a gorgeous color, but it creases like no other, even with the UDPP. Is there something wrong with the way I am applying it, or is it just not good with cream shadows? And is Too Faced Shadow

I've heard rumours that the new formula for the UDPP is not as effective as it was previously

When did they start using this new formula? I got a second bottle about a month or so ago just wondering if that's gonna be different than the one I'm finishing off now.

Cream shadows will crease no matter what unless you put a powder eyehadow over it. UDPP wont stop that.

primer only keeps powder eye shadow from creasing, if the cream shadow is creasing its going to crease no matter what. I'd suggest trying to find a shade similar in powder form.

this. You could also apply a similar powder eyeshadow color on top of the cream shadow to hold it on better and give max color payoff!

I've heard that Two Faced Shadow Insurance is just as good as UDPP and may be better because it's a better value. Because it's in a tube, you can squeeze it out. With UDPP, it's in the bottle and there's a good bunch down in the bottom of the bottle that doesn't get used unless you chop the bottle open.

You might be using too much product. Cream eyeshadows have to be applied VERY sparingly or it's gonna crease no matter what you do or don't put under it. Which usyally means youre not going to be the same color payoff. Eyeshadow over it helps keep it in place too. Creams are really only useful to me as a base.
