I recently bought some UDPP from Ulta, but I am not satisfied with it at all. Maybe I'm just not doing something right? I absolutely love the UDPP, I have it in the regular color and the champagne one, "Sin". Maybe you're not letting it dry enough before you put on your shadows. You should put a lot on so there's a big fat layer of it that will attach shadow to your lids. I usually put it on three times actually, three thick layers.

I've put on one thin layer, let it dry totally while looking for shadows to use for the day, and then put on another thin layer a few seconds before beginning to apply the shadows and it works out pretty well. As for the cream shadows, those always crease unless you set them with a powder shadow of some kind. But they make AWESOME base colors!

Cream shadows just tend to crease regardless -- unless they dry to a powdery finish, there's nothing you can do for them. What brand is your cream shadow?

And you only need a TEENY amount of UDPP. It's nearly impossible to work with if you put on too much :-) two little swipes of the wand on each eye should be plenty!
