Tingle frightens me a bit though, in general but that is a stylish icon with the simple white background and the smudgey colors.It looks sort of like watercolor..
I bet icon making is highly addictive even though it appears to be rather time-consuming.

Sweet! Really, a good place to go for tutorials would be icon_tutorials. I have a whole backlog of tutorials I'd like to try from there. As you do more and more, you eventually learn stuff that you can do on your own without any help :D
