jessica and i got word today that we will be able to rent a house we have been looking at. it's on hawthorne and near everywhere we usually visit. it's three bedrooms and one will be dedicated to a workspace and the other extra room will be a gallery room. we plan to have monthly art shows and movie nights, so please everyone come
